**JetLife Vacations: (2) Thailand (2019)**
Everyone knows how much I love Thailand. I've NEVA taken anyone who didn't have an amazing time. Thailand can be ghetto and bougie simultaneously! There's so much to do and see. I recommend staying for at least 2 weeks. If you're going without the best group on the planet, “JetLife,” hit up Nat. He is our tour leader, and he's fantastic—the only guide I trust. For those heading to Bali with us next year, I STRONGLY suggest stopping in Thailand first. It's a 3-hour flight and much cheaper to fly out of Thailand than Bali.
Thailand is how my group/travel agency got started. It wasn’t planned; it just fell into my lap. My goal for this group was to infuse a bit of my personality into the experience, and I made some new lifelong friends. Thanks to Bridgette for capturing those moments in pictures.
This was my 11th group vacation. I skipped talking about the 10th because it wasn't worth mentioning. When it comes to the Thailand experience, I might just be the BEST at it.
1. **Lesson Learned:** Some people will always find the bad in anything. And stay TF out of the Pink Champagne Room!
2. We stayed at Lebua, one of my favs. I went there last year. It's now a little outdated, but the GM said it was going through a total remodeling phase. I can’t wait to see it. He also invited me back anytime I wanted; I just don’t have the time. I have my eye on the JW Marriott Bangkok, so we’ll see.
3. If you go to Lebua, get the Hangover Suite! It’s 3 bedrooms, with 4 balconies. Big enough for parties and easily fits 6 people.
4. We had a White Boat Party.
5. We had a Gold Party in Phuket. It was so hot that night.
6. My customers partied ALL NIGHT, every night!
7. Nat insisted on doing the party. I was so nervous, but I told him I wanted it to look exactly like Fiji, and it DID! He did a wonderful job.
8. We went to Chiang Mai, and the hotel was incredible.
9. We did all the typical Thailand tours. Next time, I’m going to add some different experiences—not because it was bad, but because I want to try something new.
10. In Phuket, I got an AMAZING villa.
