Welcome to JetLife Vacations! We’re thrilled to have you travel with us. Before booking, please carefully review our Terms and Conditions. By submitting a reservation and participating in our vacations or group activities, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities.
JetLife Vacations is proud to be IATAN and ARC Certified, offering professional and trustworthy travel experiences worldwide.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
JetLife Vacations operates under a strict no-refund policy once your reservation is confirmed. However, we understand plans may change. If you need to cancel, transfer, or adjust your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. We will communicate directly with our vendors to try to accommodate your request, but all changes are subject to vendor approval and may incur additional fees. We highly recommend securing travel insurance for protection.
Travel Insurance:
JetLife Vacations offers travel insurance to all travelers. You will be asked to accept or decline this protection at the time of booking. Whether you purchase or waive coverage, we will document your choice. Travel insurance can cover unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies. JetLife Vacations is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by insurance.
Acts of Violence:
We prioritize your safety. Any violence, harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior toward fellow travelers or JetLife staff will result in immediate removal from all group activities and potentially from the entire vacation—with no refund.
Group Activities:
Participation in group activities is optional, but respectful behavior is required. Any conduct that disrupts the enjoyment or safety of others will not be tolerated. Our experiences are designed to be inclusive, empowering, and memorable for all.
Travel Documentation:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations or entry documents. JetLife Vacations is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or denied entry due to improper documentation.
Health & Safety:
Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary needs when booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but special requests are not guaranteed. Your wellness and safety are a priority, and we expect you to take necessary personal precautions while traveling.
Itinerary Changes:
JetLife Vacations reserves the right to adjust your itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will always aim to provide comparable alternatives.
Travel Advisories:
Before booking, check for current travel advisories for your destination. It is your responsibility to comply with government guidance and understand the associated risks of international travel.
Liability Waiver:
By joining a JetLife Vacations experience, you agree to release JetLife Vacations, its agents, employees, and partners from liability for personal injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of verified gross negligence or misconduct.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. JetLife Vacations reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
