Refund & Cancellation Policy:
JetLife Vacations operates under a strict no-refund policy once your reservation is confirmed. However, we understand plans may change. If you need to cancel, transfer, or adjust your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. We will communicate directly with our vendors to try to accommodate your request, but all changes are subject to vendor approval and may incur additional fees. We highly recommend securing travel insurance for protection. -
Travel Insurance:
JetLife Vacations offers travel insurance to all travelers. You will be asked to accept or decline this protection at the time of booking. Whether you purchase or waive coverage, we will document your choice. Travel insurance can cover unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies. Acts of Violence:
We prioritize your safety. Any violence, harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior toward fellow travelers or JetLife staff will result in immediate removal from all group activities and potentially from the entire vacation—with no refund. -
Group Activities:
Participation in group activities is optional, but respectful behavior is required. Any conduct that disrupts the enjoyment or safety of others will not be tolerated. Our experiences are designed to be inclusive, empowering, and memorable for all. -
Travel Documentation:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations or entry documents. JetLife Vacations is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or denied entry due to improper documentation. -
