Each program gets its own branded trip page. Attendees register, choose rooms, submit dietary needs and travel details in one place. Guest add-ons and extensions can use Travel Now Pay Later: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Uplift or JetLife Easy Pay.

Before you ask.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For international programs, nine to twelve months gives you the strongest venue and air options. Domestic retreats can come together in three to six months. If your timeline is tighter, submit the brief anyway and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. Your first 60-minute discovery call is complimentary. Submit the program brief first so we can come prepared with real options for your budget.
What happens after the discovery call?
If you decide to move forward, a design retainer secures your concept magazine and Marie's time on your program. The retainer is credited in full toward your program when you book.
Are you a certified diverse supplier?
Yes. JetLife Vacations Corp is certified by the City of St. Petersburg as a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), certification number 145185. Documentation is available for your supplier onboarding.
Do we need a budget before we talk?
It helps, but it is not required. Share a per-person or total program range if you have one. If not, choose Need budget guidance and we will help you build a realistic budget on the discovery call.
What is included in a program?
Whatever your objective requires: venue sourcing and contracting, group air, ground transportation, meeting space and AV coordination, dining, team experiences, attendee registration, on-site hosting and a post-program debrief. You choose full-service or targeted support.
Can attendees bring a guest or extend their trip?
Absolutely. Guests, pre- and post-extensions and room upgrades are handled through each attendee's private portal, billed to the attendee rather than the company, with Travel Now Pay Later options available.
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. Your company receives a single consolidated program invoice, with any attendee-paid add-ons kept separate so your books stay clean.
Can our program be a cruise?
Yes. Cruises are one of the most efficient formats for incentive and celebration programs: one booking, one check-in, multiple destinations and an all-inclusive cost. We design everything from a private block of cabins on a premium line to a private charter, including onboard meeting space, private dinners and shore experiences for your group only.
Do you only plan international trips?
No. We design programs across all 50 states as well as abroad. Some of the most effective leadership retreats are a short flight from headquarters.
Isn't international more expensive than domestic?
Often it is the better value. Many international resorts include dining, transfers and experiences that U.S. venues charge for separately, and they rarely stack on resort fees, service charges and food-and-beverage minimums. Airfare can change the math for some groups, so your concept magazine prices a domestic and an international option side by side. You choose with real numbers, not assumptions.
