Welcome to Rio de Janeiro — the start of the JetLife Experience.
Your private driver will be waiting for you at the airport, ready to whisk you away to your hotel in Copacabana. Check in, settle into your room, and take a moment to soak up that Rio energy — the city that never stops moving.
Later that evening, we’ll officially kick things off with an exclusive JetLife Meet & Greet (location TBD). Expect music, vibes, and the chance to connect with your fellow JetLifers as we toast to an unforgettable week ahead in Brazil.

Day Free – Sunset Cruise
Spend the day however you choose — relax on Copacabana Beach, wander Rio’s streets, or recharge at the hotel.
In the evening, we’ll board a private catamaran for the JetLife Sunset Cruise. Sail through Guanabara Bay with views of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain, enjoy music, light refreshments, a swim stop, and curated photo moments with our JetLife photographer.
This night is pure JetLife energy — unforgettable views, unmatched vibes.
July 5th : Afro-Brazilian Cultural Day
Today is all about tapping into the legacy, rhythm, and real-life stories of Afro-Brazilian culture.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
JetLife Vacations operates under a strict no-refund policy once your reservation is confirmed. However, we understand plans may change. If you need to cancel, transfer, or adjust your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. We will communicate directly with our vendors to try to accommodate your request, but all changes are subject to vendor approval and may incur additional fees. We highly recommend securing travel insurance for protection. -
Travel Insurance:
JetLife Vacations offers travel insurance to all travelers. You will be asked to accept or decline this protection at the time of booking. Whether you purchase or waive coverage, we will document your choice. Travel insurance can cover unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies. Acts of Violence:
We prioritize your safety. Any violence, harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior toward fellow travelers or JetLife staff will result in immediate removal from all group activities and potentially from the entire vacation—with no refund. -

Travel Documentation:
